Ingredients
  

Cacao Peanut Butter Chia Seed Pudding

  • 15 g chia seed
  • 5 g raw cacao powder
  • 5 g maple syrup
  • 5 g sweet cacao nibs
  • 60 ml oat milk or any choice of milk
  • 1 serving natural peanut butter
  • coconut flakes optional

Strawberry Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

  • 15 g chia seed
  • 10 g strawberry jam
  • 20 g organic coconut flakes – quinoa – goji berries cereal
  • 60 ml oat milk or any choice of milk

Instructions
 

Cacao Peanut Butter Chia Seed Pudding

  • In a bowl or mason jar, add chia seed, milk, maple syrup and cacao powder. Mix them.
  • Leave it aside for 8-10 minutes, allowing the chia seed to absorb in the milk.
  • Top it with peanut butter and cacao nibs.

Strawberry Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

  • In a bowl or mason jar, add chia seed and milk. Mix them.
  • Leave it aside for 8-10 minutes, allowing the chia seed to absorb in the milk.
  • Top it with strawberry jam and coconut flakes cereal.
