Cacao Peanut Butter Chia Seed Pudding
- 15 g chia seed
- 5 g raw cacao powder
- 5 g maple syrup
- 5 g sweet cacao nibs
- 60 ml oat milk or any choice of milk
- 1 serving natural peanut butter
- coconut flakes optional
Strawberry Coconut Chia Seed Pudding
- 15 g chia seed
- 10 g strawberry jam
- 20 g organic coconut flakes – quinoa – goji berries cereal
- 60 ml oat milk or any choice of milk
Instructions
Cacao Peanut Butter Chia Seed Pudding
- In a bowl or mason jar, add chia seed, milk, maple syrup and cacao powder. Mix them.
- Leave it aside for 8-10 minutes, allowing the chia seed to absorb in the milk.
- Top it with peanut butter and cacao nibs.
Strawberry Coconut Chia Seed Pudding
- In a bowl or mason jar, add chia seed and milk. Mix them.
- Leave it aside for 8-10 minutes, allowing the chia seed to absorb in the milk.
- Top it with strawberry jam and coconut flakes cereal.
