Dark Chocolate Protein Mug Cake
- 10 g Nature's Superfood Plant Based Protein
- 8 g raw cacao powder
- 5 g coconut sugar
- 1/2 tbsp culinary coconut oil
- 30 ml oat milk
- 7 g hazelnut chocolate butter or chocolate chips
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- salt to taste
- Add all ingredients except hazelnut chocolate butter in a mixing bowl, whisk them together. Ensure there are no clumps.
- Pour mixture into a microwaveable mug or bowl. Add hazelnut chocolate butter in the middle.
- Microwave for 2 mins at 700 watt. (reduce duration if using a microwave with higher watt)
