Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns Process

Our return policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and image of damaged item, email to hello@rootyfood.com

Refunds
Once a receipt or proof of purchase and image of damaged item is received via email, we will proceed to process the refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please allow at least fourteen (14) days for the refund to be credited. The refunded amount will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If 14 days has passed and you have yet to receive your refund, please contact us at hello@rootyfood.com

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for another item, send us an email at hello@rootyfood.com within 24 hours upon receiving your order.

Gift Card
Gift Card purchased is strictly non-refundable and not exchangeable.

Delivery
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs if you are exchanging your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
If you are to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If your item is being replaced because they are defective or damaged, we will bear the delivery cost.
